Which countries are available for shipping?

What shipping options do you offer and how long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours. Please be aware, however, that during peak periods, such as sales events, exclusive private sales, and the winter holiday season, processing times may vary due to high demand. We appreciate your understanding and strive to get your purchase to you as swiftly as possible.

What is your return and exchange policy?

You have 14 days to return your order.

The buyer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

All returns must be communicated to AnabuBrand by email info@anabubrand.com, indicating the corresponding invoice or order number.

Once you receive the return number, send the product to AnabuBrand.

Can I delete my account?

To request the closure of your account in our store, please send an email to info@anabubrand.com with your request.

Include your full name and the email address associated with your account in the message, and use the subject line "Account Closure Request". Our customer support team will process your request and confirm the closure of your account via email. Thank you for your cooperation.

Can I cancel my subscription to the newsletter?
